Once shipped, most orders are delivered within 3–5 business days across the United States. Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, destination, carrier operations, weather conditions, or periods of high shipping volume.

Please note that some tankless water heaters and heating systems may require freight delivery due to size or weight. In such cases, delivery times may vary slightly, and a signature may be required upon arrival.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking information, allowing you to follow the progress of your delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. HydroSupply is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete address details submitted by the customer.
